Again, PLEASE pay attention to deadlines! This was another major delay in the game - multiple days late.
I have had an End-of-Game proposal - a three-way draw for France, Russia and Turkey. All remaining players (France, Germany, Russia, Turkey), are to vote. A YES vote on the EOG proposal means that the game is over and Spring 11 orders are not processed. A NO vote means that Spring 11 orders are processed, and we proceed with the game. A player who does not submit a vote will be considered to have voted NO. Votes are due with your Spring 11 orders.
Spring 1911 orders and EOG Votes are due on Monday, June 15 at 8:30 pm MDT (02:30 16-6-15 GMT) - yes, tonight! (NOW
)

I think this game is pretty much done, wouldn't you agree?
Monsieur le President

Turkey to Russia,
you sure do, hope that helps.

To Turkey
Dear Sultan, I'm building this way as it makes more sense to avoid France progression through south, I'm, counting on you to keep France busy in Germany, On North I'll do my best to keep France at bay. Situation is or you or France can go to a 2-way, either option would be too dangerous for the other, so who wants to do a move like that should be prepared for Russian been protected by the other, at least that what the logic says.
So, I'm Voting for a 3-way and id agree by all we can move to other games?
Russia
