And expectedly powers move to lower that ridiculously high number of
unclaimed neutrals, the Balkans are filled, surrounded, and full of
turmoil, and it all begins to unfold...don't get stabbed!

No retreats, so Fall 1902 is due this coming Monday, Feb. 4, at 9 pm
