Austria uses his grace effectively, and France takes advantage to avoid
an NMR. A crafty move by France keeps Holland STILL neutral, although
the kaiser still gains at Russia's expense. The Czar reclaims his
southern port, England's PM takes a liking to Swedish blonds, and
Balkans are still mostly a huge standoff.
We have our first retreat! However, since Turkey's A Sev can only
retreat to Arm, I have entered this. Since retreating OTB would have
the same result as disbanding the unit in the winter, our Sultan can
simply do that if he wishes.
Winter 1904 is thus due this coming Friday, Feb. 22, at 9 pm eastern,
although, since I only need to hear from three of you (adjustments due
listed at the bottom of the adj), if you all get them in early, then
results will magically appear before the deadline!
