In my rush to send out the game announcement, I forgot some important information -- the country assignments! These were available on the DC web site last night, but I should have sent them via e-mail as well:

I have also been informed that my house rules do not apply, as there are specific tournament house rules that take precedence. My own house rules were automatically posted with this game since I'm the GM, so I am seeking to have that changed as well. Sorry for the confusion.
