Sorry for the delay, I had not received both sets of retreat orders in time to send out the results before leaving work Thursday.

The autumn 1904 retreats are as follows:

England:
F Belgium - English Channel
A Norway - St Petersburg

Germany:
disband A Silesia

As a result of England's retreat to StP and Germany's retreat OTB, the winter 1904 status is as follows:

Austria: Supp 11 Unit 10 Build 1
England: Supp 3 Unit 4 Remove 1
France: Supp 8 Unit 7 Build 1
Germany: Supp 6 Unit 5 Build 1
Russia: Supp 6 Unit 7 Remove 1

Yes, every remaining player has either a build or removal order due. The winter 1904 deadline is still over 24 hours away, on Tuesday 4/29 at 23:59 GMT. The updated map and RP file are attached.
