Austria adds yet another army to his arsenal, France builds a fresh fleet, and Germany rebuilds a fleet to replace the army removed during the autumn phase. England gives up one of his units that just retreated, and Russia scuttles his southern fleet.

Spring 1905 orders will be due next Tuesday 5/6 at 23:59 GMT. Thanks!
