On to the cold dark industry of Winter 1904! Those new tanks and
battleships must be built (or destroyed, for some) by this Thursday,
Oct. 25, at 9 pm eastern. As usual I'll send results early if I get
them, and remember there's no grace period on Winter! See due
adjustments below.
