Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Chapter 1 of our tale of slaughter, Spring 01, begins in roughly 43 hours. This would be a great time to check and make sure that you have an order receipt from your oh-so-humble GM. If not, then I have not received your orders and would ask that you resend them my way. I have roughly two thirds in hand - but there are still quite a few that I have not seen.
