Sorry for the delay guys; I came home for Thanksgiving and nobody's used the
wireless network here before so I had to set it up to get internet and of
course there were complications. Thus, because of this and the holiday, Spring
1907 will not be due until Monday, Nov. 26, at 9 pm eastern.

For those who don't read past the subject line on warning emails, I'll reiterate
my reminder that end-game proposals are now allowed to be submitted to be voted
upon by my house rules. Feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding
this process.
