Wasn't expecting that... After seeing about 50 houses we finally got one! Glad to be done looking... Yay!

Summer 1902 deadline is Thursday the 15th of April at 9 pm ET.Fall 1902 deadline is Wednesday the 21st of April at 9 pm ET.

Notes:
I expect to busy with house/bank stuff tomorrow, so don't be surprised if I'm not on the ball confirm receipts of orders. Dan, if you want to broadcast your retreat feel free. I expect to be a bit late with the official adjudication - probably along the lines of tonight. Apologies. April has been busy...
Also, I'm out of town from Saturday at some point until Tuesday at some point. I expect to have access and for it to have little or no impact for you guys. However, I figured I'd let you know about it in case my access is worse than I thought it would be.
