Not sure it would have made much of a difference; but, Turkey NMR's again.
 
With no viable retreat, Turkey's army in Constantinople is disbanded.  And, with only one viable retreat, Germanys retreat was performed automatically.  Doug, if you would have preferred the unit was retreated off-the-board, please let me know before tomorrow evening so that I can post a correction.
