While from a tactical standpoint I should probably push for a replacement, I'd really like for Sean to finish it out too. I'm fine taking it at a leisurely pace for a while. With the DC Blitz just finishing for me, I'm in no hurry for short deadlines for a while.

Hi guys,
Regardless, I'm going to adjudicate the turn tomorrow at 9 (no receipt = no orders received). I'd like to see what people want to do moving forward. Delay two weeks after tomorrow's adjudication, or seek a replacement.
Let me know in the next couple of days. If we need a replacement, best to start looking. If not that's cool too in my books.
Best,
Mike

I hate to delay an already delayed game, but I'd rather finish with the same crew we started with. I'm willing to wait two weeks, if everyone else is.

Guys,
Prognosis was worse that I thought - spent significant amounts of the weekend in the ER and Urgent Care of my HMO. I have a herniated l4-l5 disc in my spine. I have submitted orders for this turn, but due to the likely course of treatment I will be undergoing I have to either offer my resignation of my position (under the don't Dip drugged standard) or ask for at a two week delay. I will understand if you need to replace me here, and apologise for having held things up so much recently.
