Hey All,
We say goodbye to another power this year. Ray thanks for sticking it out. We also have our first game ending proposal - a FAIR draw. Vote on the draw with Spring orders (Thursday). While Germany still has units, they'll be gone no matter what by Winter. These are also the only retreats. So, If I don't hear from Ray, I'll take the liberty of retreating them myself on Sunday, and then disbanding them on Monday. For the rest of you, get me adjustments for Monday, and Spring moves (and votes) for Thursday.
I was not the only person who was late this season (apologies btw). Please get me prelims so we can keep the game moving at a move-a-week pace!
