Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

Samurai,

Ready your blades and steel your nerves, for the Spring 1572 deadline lies in 17.5 hours from now. Three have shown themselves ready - Five have yet to girt for battle.

Also, if you haven't signed up to the message board yet, what the heck are you waiting for? =)

Thanks all,

Trout
