The deadline for Spring 1903 is 2100 GMT on 4th January - a little over 28 hours away. I'm still to receive orders from three powers. We wouldn't want another delay or more NMRs would we?

It really depends how gung ho you are. You can learn the game in an evening, it's not all that difficult. But the Winter Blitz is one hell of a forum in which to get your feet wet! I would suggest
