Multiple players have asked for an extension, and since the season was
short due to my delayed winter adjudication, I will allow a one-day
extension. This will be the plan to get us back on track -

Spring 1863 Moves - FRIDAY February 19, 2010, 1700 EST
Spring Retreats 1863 (if needed) - MONDAY February 22, 2010, 1700 EST
Fall 1863 Moves - THURSDAY February 25, 2010, 1700 EST
Fall Retreats 1863 - FRIDAY February 26, 2010, 1700 EST
Winter 1863 Adjustments - MONDAY March 1, 2010, 1700 EST

The intent is to have one major season and all retreats/adjustments
each week.
