Welcome to the Game Grid:

France was attacked hard this season from England and Germany -and lost a fleet in the process. Likewise, Germany pounded on Russia in Sweden; Austria put up another valiant effort in defense, but was met with strong opposition from both Russia and Turkey; while Italy took a bit of a rest to regroup.

So, one unit was disbanded, and three units were dislodged. The available retreats for Austria and Russia are listed at the bottom of the email.

Summer retreats are due on Wednesday, February 2 at 9:00pm MST (04:00 GMT Feb 3).
