There has been an End-of-Game proposal. The proposal is a four-way draw between England, Germany, Turkey and Russia. I need a private vote from each of the countries listed in the proposal. If any one of the four countries says no, than the proposal fails and we continue with the game. If all four countries say yes, then the game is over and there is no winner, but all four named countries share in the draw. I need your vote by 5PM MDT on Sunday, March 13 (midnight in London).

England: Build F London.

Italy: Remove F Tyrrhenian Sea.

Russia: Remove F Rumania.

Turkey: Build F Constantinople.

Assuming that the game will continue, the orders for Spring 1906 will be due on March 14, at 9:00 PM MDT. (04:00 London time, March 15) (time changes in the US this weekend, but I don't remember if GMT changes)
