My dearest fellow leaders:
I hope this letter finds you well in your Capitals, and spring has come
early so your people are all a planting.
I wish to bear word that as of Wednesday February 16th 1904 the German
consulate will be temporarily closed.
Our foreign ministers, and the royal family will be off touring the
colonies and will return as of the 21st of February. You have our
sincere apologies. If you have an urgent post our staff at the palace
will try and forward it our way however our ability to reply depends on
the savageness of the colony we are in at the time.
