Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

The call was made for more GMs, and I answered, but I can't do anything if no one wants to play. As seems to be the custom around here, the game is RE001, and is still awaiting its first player. So come on, give it a go!
