The DIAS is voted down again (again 3 yes, 2 no votes) despite
this
season seeing a grand total of one unit move.  However,
another DIAS has
been proposed to be voted on this coming spring (which is the
next
season since there are no retreats and no adjustments), which is
due
this coming Tuesday, May 6, at 9 pm eastern.
