tomorrow, 9 eastern. don't forget to vote on the DIAS!

Also, be aware that if the game goes two full years without a supply
center changing hands then the game is automatically declared a DIAS.
We just had one full year, so if this coming year passes by and no
centers switch hands again then the game will end.
