In the Youngstown variant map file (both the one sent out and the one
on dipcorp), the Off Board Boxes reference the other OBs that they can
go to (in their respective box). In general, we've understood that
this means each can touch it's neighbor(s), and some more (e.g. k can
touch B, C, J, L). Off Board Box I (eye) and Off Board Box J do not
specifically list each other. OBI does list C and H while OBJ does
list C and K.

That may make a difference to Italy and my movements. As I do not use
Realpolitik, I do not know what the dpy file allows.

format is:
Space-move type: adjacent space list where mv is land movement and xc is
water movement.
