I have seen multiple prelims come in with unknown abbreviations
recently. Please see the attached map as a reference. First three
letters is usually safe, but not always! (i.e. Burgas/Burgas Bay,
Salzburg/Salonika.

Also - remember that the bridges in the map also indicate sea borders
- i.e. a fleet in Sea of Marmara does not border the same provinces
that a fleet in Thermaic Gulf does. This goes for all bridges on the
map.
