I am sorry for the delay... I have had computer issues the last 24 hours
(that, plus not being home)






Here are the results from the Winter 1902 build and disbands. Russia
built in Moscow, Turkey built in Smyrna, and Italy disbanded Tyrolia.






Just a reminder, Spring 1903 orders are due on Monday, January 31 at 9:00
MST (04:00 GMT Feb 1). Feel free to send them anytime between now and
then!
