GM - Armies can move or support from one light blue island to the next so long as they are adjacent to a common sea!  They can not support sea units to hold only to move to a light blue Island that they could hop to. In Oceania Armies on single Islands have no retreat!  Yes they can Island Hop but when dislodged they can not Hop for a retreat.  A very important rule to keep the  fleets as an important part of the game balance.
