France to Turkey: The President sends the Sultan his greetings! Although you are currently defending your northern borders I make a similar offer to you as to our friend the Kaiser - move west against the Italians and you'll get plenty of help from me. You have just as much to fear from the developing R-I axis as Germany and me.
France to England: Russia seems intent on depriving you of your Scandinavian possessions - defend them as strongly as you need, your southern border is safe from me.
