Russia to Germany: Re: Sweden - In case you did order to Den, why bump when we can hump?  A Russian Sweden is a happy Sweden.

Russia to Austria:  Assuming we bounced in Gal this Spring, I have no intention of moving there in the Fall, let's DMZ there.
Russia
to Turkey:  The price for an alliance is BLA.  Likely I'll take Rum
with a fleet leaving BLA open to you in the Fall.  However, if you move
to Con or stay put in  ANK you can consider it a deal and I won't have
to build F Sev.Russia to Austria part 2:  If Turkey doesn't take me up on this, then let's certainly work together?
